SERVICE KIT FOR YOUR KRANZLE K7 TS!

INCLUDED IN THE KRANZLE SK7/122 TS SERVICE KIT:

Non Return System

- The O-ring must be replaced with the new seat fitted and locking ring. The locking ring must be installed correctly. Installing it incorrectly will render the process useless. The new spring should be used in the outlet and also replace the O-ring on the outlet piece.

Unloader & Bypass

- Replace both large and small parkas. Note the position of the two locked nuts to ensure these maximum pressure locking rings are correctly set before re-fitting the unloader.

Pressure Switch System

- Remove the pressure switch piston, replace the parbak in the centre and the parka at the end. Fit the new brass holding piece complete with parka and O-ring pre-fitted. Also replace microswitch.

Valve O-Rings

- The O-ring under each valve must be replaced. The valve must be cleaned. If the O-ring on the valve plug needs to be replaced, these will need to be ordered separately.

Oil Sight Glass, With O-Ring

- Oil sight glass should be changed during the oil change. should be used. Fill the oil to halfway up the oil sight glass window.

Green O-Rings for Gun and Hose

- The O-Ring at each end of the high pressure hose should be replaced and the O-ring on the end of the M22 trigger gun if not Q/R

Knife Jet Nozzle

- The nozzle in the end of the lance should be replaced. If there are additional lances inc dirtkillers, parts to service these are available separately.

Switch Surround, Inc. Rubber Membrane

- The switch cover should be replaced to help protect the machine from water ingress.

Water Inlet Filter and Fitting

- The fly's eye water filter should be replaced and a new water fitting is supplied.
